#140-Serious Looking Young Man but Good Looking .

H. L. Abbott was the shooter on this. There is a double hit from his stamp at the bottom of the mat.

He traveled to Warsaw in 1852, and was reported to have taken more than seventy-five daguerreotypes in and around construction of the Portage Bridge on the Genesee River. At the time the bridge was the largest timber trestle in the world.
